This isn't a beginner class. It's designed for performers who already know the basics and want to go deeper, into their own patterns, their instincts, their specific strengths and what's getting in the way.
Each session begins with Shane sharing observed strengths and specific areas for growth before students self-assess. The work is tailored to the individual. What one student needs is different from what another needs. The group benefits from watching that work happen in real time.
Shane also works with performers in real time while they're onstage, not just in reflection after the fact. The coaching lives in the moment because that's where the work actually happens.
